Global Executive of Business Administration Program (Global EBA)
The Global EBA Program offers an Executive Business training program to an international business audience by leveraging internationally the resources, quality and talents of a joint education platform.

Global EBA (Executive of Business Administration) is a continuing education program since 2019 that has already enrolled more than 400 Executives from 73 countries.


The Parcitipants are coming from various industries such as retail, automotive manufacturing, luxury, catering, engineering services, banking, IT, AI and other services. 20% of them are CEOs, CFOs and COOs of multinationals, 70% are managers, directors, business owners, founders of SMEs, and 10% comes from consulates & chambers of commerce of different countries. Global EBA alumni are working in famous companies including Vacheron Constantin, Bosch Electric, Rolls Royce, Airbus, SAIC Volkswagen...


Global EBA program aims to give the guidance about "how to do business in China". It is divided into five modules: Macro-economy, Integrated management, Marketing & Sales, Financial & Venture Capital Investment and Leadership & Personal skills improvement. Each module covers a wide range of topics.


Based on concrete business case studies, each lecture provides students with practical solutions and creates a cultural, learning and business exchange platform for locals and expatriates. Therefore, Global EBA helps to promote the cooperation and the development of enterprises in China and the friendship between China and other countries.


The duration of the program is 3 months, 3 hours every Saturday. The participants will obtain the <Global Executive of Business Administration> Certificate after 3 months.


Global EBA core social values are to promote the traditional Chinese culture and ideas to the rest of the world. It can be said that Global EBA is a very patriotic project.


In 2022, Global EBA will continue to polish the courses, improve the lecturing level, and increase the interaction and opportunities for the participants, making this program a leading innovative management training in China and in the world!


Learning about how to do business in China

With the Global EBA Program, participants will learn how to do business in China through a group of carefully selected internationally renowned professors and experts from different industries and backgrounds.

Global EBA Certificate

After successfully participating in the Program, the participants will receive the Certificate of Global Executive of Business Administration.

International Alumni Network

After completing the program and receiving the certificate, the participants join the International Alumni Network of Global EBA. This gives them access to a network of international business leaders from various industries, and the opportunity to continue their learning journey by having access to all following lectures.

All participants have access to the Global EBA Professors, lecturers, experts and the Global EBA team, who can offer further mentoring, coaching and valuable advice on business challenges.

Company visits

Beyond the lectures, the Global EBA Program offers company visits for all participants. One of the highlights is a day trip to the Headquarters of the Alibaba group in Hangzhou, with a company tour, lunch, and a lecture focusing on Alibaba’s operating model.

The Gobal EBA Program is taught by University professors, lecturers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs, who are all renowned experts in their specific fields with years, and often decades of professional experience at prestigious Universities or in successful leadership positions in various industries. Most of them have more than 20 years of experience of working and living in China.


The participants of the Global EBA Program will also learn a lot from the personal experiences the lecturers share, and will get inspiration, practical advice and support.
